TERMS OF SERVICE
・I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
・Payment will be through PayPal in USD. Personal information provided by the service must remain strictly confidential.
・Refunds will be issued only if I am unable to complete a commission for any reason, meaning that there will strictly be no refunds in any other cases.
・There will be a 50% fee for commercial use.
・I generally do not approve of major modifications to my work, though I understand that this may be necessary (such as in video editing). If you are unsure of how far you can go with modifications, please contact me.
・Inputting any of my work into any generative AI / machine learning tool is strictly prohibited.
・You must credit me as near with a link to my twitter account (@81senear) if you post the commission online.
・I may need more time to complete a piece due to unforeseeable events, in which case you will be contacted.
・Please wait at least 48 hours for my response. If I do not reply within this timeframe, feel free to contact me again.
・I am unavailable during the weekends and Monday.
・By commissioning, you are agreeing to all of these terms.

MV / motion graphic animation
・ There will be a 10% discount for MV commissions that will be using my illustrations.
・ Requests for excessive changes will incur extra costs on a case by case basis.
・ If you let me know your budget, I am more than happy to work within a reasonable range. Please feel free to discuss this with me.
